Unschooling is a very important part of any homeschool journey, whether our children have been to school or not. Whether recovering from trauma or finding our feet, we need to go through a cleanse to find ourselves, our goals and purpose, our strengths and weaknesses. I wholeheartedly recommend doing it for at least 6-12 months at the beginning of your journey, and maybe you choose to stick with it all the way throughout.
